Hey there and welcome to my blog on the TACFIT Warrior Program. This is a review of the TACFIT Warrior Program, so if you’re looking for the official website, you can click here.
My name’s Joel and I’ve been a long time fitness geek (or at least trying to be). Not professional or what not but I do participate in some sports which require a pretty fit body. I and my buddies plan events to climb mountains or dirt trails on our bikes pretty often so when we get back to our desk jobs we do need something to keep in shape and going to the gym 3 times a week just doesn’t cut it sometimes.
The program itself is named TACFIT Warrior because the authors behind it came to the conclusion that the mind and body must always be synchronized to perform at its peak potential. Also, the physical trainer, Scott Sonnon used to be in the US Navy and moved on to providing training to firefighters and law enforcement officers at some point. In all those environments his main goal was survival and keeping a healthy mind in accordance with his body has kept him alive.
The thing about going for crash course diets and doing mad training sessions which literally kill your body and you soon burn out from the time invested in them. I know this for a fact because every diet I’ve been on doesn’t keep fat off. Training during my off-peak (winter usually we don’t really make plans to hike or bike) doesn’t mean when spring comes along I’ll be able to jump off the couch and start running for miles.
I then did a little reading on the psychology section of keeping healthy and stumbled upon some of TACFIT Warrior’s testimonials about keeping the mind in sync with the body and read on from there. Generally speaking, there’s always got to be a balance when training the body. I know it may seem a little quirky but personally it hit me that I couldn’t continuously train my body unthinkingly and not burn out. The reason why hiking and biking or rock climbing didn’t seem tedious to me was because it was fun for me. Ask anyone who works out if he finds doing 150 sit-ups a day fun. Yes? Highly unlikely. It’s just something we HAVE to do.
Side Note: Of course this program reaches out to people like us who already have the intention to either get a lean body or maintain one. Just knowledge alone without the practical usage of it doesn’t cut it. Also if you’re thinking about purchasing this program, it’s better if you went straight to the official site as they provided me with some bonus packages which I found useful.

So as you’ve probably realized by now, TACFIT Warrior really pushes their trainees to get their mind and body healthy. But, they do so all the while supporting you. I’ve added some information here on how exactly, but the short gist is they provide you methods to record and gauge your results on a daily basis which reminds you of what you’ve experienced days before and what you’ll experience in days to come. Yes, a day-to-day appreciation to your mind and body.
Often people go for diets for 3 months at a go and lose the weight they meant to lose. But soon after they go off whatever program they were following, they meld back into the person they were before they started losing all the weight and soon gain it back. This isn’t rare. This isn’t abnormal. This is human nature as we’re habitual and a lifelong habit of eating isn’t going to change in a short 3 months. Yes I said short 3 months. I say that because I’m comparing it with the 10 years of life you gain just by being healthy. And heck, while you’re living 10 extra years you’d prefer if you weren’t afflicted with Alzheimer’s right? And that’s what keeping your mind healthy is for.
If you’re serious about getting healthy both in mind and body, and living life the way it should be, then I strongly recommend you check out TACFIT Warrior’s program as I know you’ll appreciate it.

Hey, my name's Joel and thanks for visiting my blog on TACFIT Warrior. I pretty much wanted to spread the word out as there are plenty of eBooks which provide dietary plans and exercise routines but very rarely do you find one which takes into account mental health at the same time. It's one of the biggest hurdles to be able to stay motivated with your health plan and not be discouraged. To everyone out there looking to improve your body and even step up your level of fitness, kudos and keep it up!
